This major project, part of the Mohaan Road development plan, will offer approximately 334 plots at a rate of ₹41,000 per square meter. Spread across 785 acres, the township is designed to accommodate around 1.5 lakh residents and will feature eight blocks.
Officials stated on Thursday that the project aims to provide homes to many families, contributing significantly to the city’s growth. The allotment of houses to the beneficiaries will begin soon.
